Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the scales of Hongniang fish and wash the chicken viscera.
Step 2: chop the washed fish into pieces.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, add the right amount of garlic in the pan.
Step 4: put in the fish.
Step 5: stir fry until the surface of the fish changes color.
The sixth step: add Baijiu to boil.

Step 8: cover, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
