Step 5: make the dough 2.5 times bigger.
Step 6: take out the dough and knead it well. After exhausting, divide it into 8 portions. Each portion is further divided into large and small dough and knead well. In the shape of a snail.
Step 7: when the bread is 1.5 times bigger, brush the egg yolk on the surface, put it into the middle layer of the oven, heat it up and down 180 degrees, bake it for 5 minutes, then move it to the bottom layer of the oven until the color is on the surface, and then bake it for 10 minutes.
