Introduction:
"Yangzhou fried rice, also known as Yangzhou egg fried rice, was originally spread among the people. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare a bowl of leftover rice.
Step 2: prepare corn kernels, green beans, and dice carrots and ham sausage.
Step 3: bring water to a boil, add diced carrots, corn kernels, green beans and water until they are cut off, then remove and set aside.

Note: 1: egg flower should be fried as tender as possible. 2: You can't wait for the salt to be added at the end of the day.
