Condensed waffles

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the material and soften the butter at room temperature.
Step 2: pour the milk into the milk pot and add appropriate amount of Nestle Eagle mark condensed milk (about 5-10 g).
Step 3: remove the vanilla pods with a knife and pour the vanilla seeds and pods into the milk.
Step 4: after the milk rolls away, turn off the fire and keep it stuffy for a few minutes. Filter out the pods and let the milk cool.
Step 5: soften butter and add sugar.
Step 6: beat with egg beater until white and swollen.
Step 7: add the eggs separately, beat evenly, and then add another egg.
Step 8: pour in the cooled milk. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 9: sift in the sifted low gluten flour and baking powder.
Step 10: mix well. Don't beat in one direction. Make a thick batter, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let stand for half an hour.
Step 11: apply a thin layer of salad oil to the waffle mold. Heat it up a little.

Low powder: 200g
Vanilla pods: 1 / 3 root
Fine granulated sugar: 50g
Baking powder: 1 / 2 tsp
