Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix flour, water and yeast to form a soft and hard dough, and ferment in a warm and humid place. The dough is 2.5-3 times larger than the original size. Dip your fingers in the flour and press the hole without rebounding. Take out the dough and cut it into 6 small pieces. Knead round and wake up for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: knead the dough into long strips, then roll them out, as shown in the picture.
Step 3: apply a layer of edible oil and seasoning on the surface of the dough, if not, apply some salt, five spice powder, cumin powder and seasoning mixture.
Step 4: spread evenly, as shown in the figure.
Step 5: roll up from one end and stretch while rolling.

Step 7: after rolling, stand up, dip in flour, press into a round dough, roll it open, and form a cake.
