Fermented mushroom with minced meat
Introduction:
"Today's dish is a healthy one."
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the pedicel of fresh Lentinus edodes, wash and control the moisture.
Step 2: wash the prawns and cut them into small pieces. When I saw that there were quail eggs at home, I used them, including minced meat, horseshoe, ginger, salt and pepper. Make it taste good all at once.
Step 3: mix well in one direction.
Step 4: spread starch evenly on the mushroom.
Step 5: fill the mushroom with meat stuffing, steam it in a steamer (steam it for about 8 minutes on high heat), pour the juice into the pan, boil it with starch and pour it on the mushroom. (if it's light, add some salt. It's better to make it taste better at one time.)
Step 6: garnish the steamed mushrooms with small tomatoes.
