Weixian, Weixian County, under the jurisdiction of Handan City, Hebei Province, is located at the junction of Hebei, Shandong and Henan provinces. The county is 42.24 kilometers long from north to South and 33.5 kilometers wide from east to west. Weihe River and Zhanghe River run through the middle of the county. In 195 B.C., Wei county was established in the 12th year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty. In May 1961, Wei county was established and restored, belonging to Handan special district. Hejian depression: it is distributed between the old roads, the ground is about 0.5m lower than the surrounding, and the soil is clay.
