Historical evolution
In the Western Zhou Dynasty and the spring and Autumn period, it belonged to Qi and was named Li (Liqiu, Xi). Because it was located in the south of ancient Luoshui, it was also called Luoyin (about 20 kilometers southwest of Jiyang today).
