Xing'an District, belonging to Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Hegang City. It is adjacent to Shuyuan township of Dongshan District in the north, Xinhua farm and Xinhua Town in the south, Qingshi mountain in the West and Nanshan District in the East. Historical evolution
As early as more than 2000 years ago, human beings in Xing'an district were engaged in production, labor and reproduction in the territory. It was originally known as the fourth public office of Xing'an Tai, commonly known as Xing'an Tai, and also known as "Taidi" (geomantic treasure land with beautiful, rich and outstanding people). According to historical records in Xing'an District, Nuerhachi went on an expedition to Saha company in the autumn of 1641. In the 59th year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1720), a complete map of Emperor Kangxi was published, which marked fu'erjian River (now ALinDa River) in Hegang area. In 1916, Junde village appeared near Junde, Xing'an district. In August 1945, the Japanese surrendered and the government decided to build Xing'an station into a standard mine. In 1948, Xingan taikeng system was established. In 1949, xingantai coal mine was established. In 1952, the construction of xingantai shaft in Hegang coal mine, one of 156 key projects aided by the Soviet Union, was broken. In 1954, xingantai sub district office was established under the jurisdiction of Hegang City. In 1955, it was renamed Xingan sub district office. In July 1956, the shaft of xing'antai was transferred to production, and the population increased rapidly. On November 4, 1958, Hegang municipal Party committee decided to establish a Xing'an economic zone with Xing'an sub district office, Xinjian township (now Hongqi township) and Xing'an Coal Mine as one. In December 1960, Xing'an district was officially established. on September 25, 1961, the CPC Hegang Municipal Committee decided to separate Xing'an Coal Mine from Xing'an economic zone. The former Xing'an economic zone was abolished and Xing'an branch was established. In January 1963, with the approval of the CPC Hegang Municipal Committee, Xinjian township (today's Hongqi township) and Xing'an branch office were set up, and Xing'an branch office was abolished to establish xing'antai district. in June 1966, a core group of Hongqi mining area was set up with military representatives as the main body to exercise overall leadership over Hongqi mine (Xing'an Mine) and Xing'an district. in September 1969, Xing'an district was renamed Hongqi district. in January 1971, the Revolutionary Committee of Hongqi mining area was established with the approval of the Revolutionary Committee of Hegang City. The Revolutionary Committee of Hongqi mining area was fully responsible for the work of Hongqi mining area and Hongqi district. In July 1972, Hegang Revolutionary Committee decided to set up a logistics department to take charge of the overall work of Hongqi district. In July 2011, the original Hongqi township of Dongshan District was transferred to Xing'an district.

It is 2.5km away from the center of Xing'an District, starting from laojunde in the south, xiaofuli in the north, xiaoheli River in the West and Hongqi Township Forest Farm in the East. Junde Road office was established in November 1980. Xingchang road street was established in May 1986. It is an office set up by 9 residents committees (referred to as "five offices" and later changed to "three offices") of Jianshe Road sub district office. Xingchang road sub district office is located in the northeast of Xing'an District, which is the golden zone of Xing'an district. It borders on Hongqi Township in the north and West, adjacent to Xing'an Road office in the south, and Jianshe Road sub district office in the northeast, covering an area of 1.4 square kilometers. Guangyu street was originally Guangyu street in Dongshan District. It was built in September 2008 and was assigned to Xing'an District in July 2011. The construction area is 600000 square meters.
