Manganese iron ore is distributed in beidong of pingfangzi Town, Dayangshan of shanzuizi town and Shuangmiao of liuguanyingzi Town, with a total reserve of more than 8 million tons. The reserves of high quality limestone in Kazuo County are more than 1 billion tons. The total reserves of bentonite are 20 million tons, that of purple clay is more than 100 million tons, that of refractory clay is more than 200 million tons, that of kaolin is 5 million tons, and that of perlite is more than 3 million tons. Oil shale is produced in Jiufotang, pingfangzi Town, with 26.36 million tons of mineral stone and 1.288 million tons of oil reserves.
