Chang'an District Chang'an District, under the jurisdiction of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the hinterland of Guanzhong Plain, Qinling Mountains in the south, Xi'an city is surrounded by mountains, rivers and plateaus from west to south, with a total area of 1594 square kilometers, 16 streets, 232 administrative villages and 84 communities. Evolution of organizational system
In the fifth year of emperor Gaozu (202 BC) of the Western Han Dynasty, Chang'an County was established. In the seventh year (200 BC), Chang'an was moved from Liyang. Chang'an County belongs to Weinan county at the beginning, the ninth year of Gaozu (198 BC) belongs to internal history, the sixth year of Emperor Wu's Jianyuan (135 BC) belongs to right internal history, and the first year of Taichu (104 BC) belongs to jingzhaoyin.
In the first year of Wang Mang's new dynasty (9 years), Chang'an County was removed and Chang'an County was set up, and the capital was set up in Chang'an city. Chang'an County belongs to jingzhaoyin. In the first year of Liu Xuan's reform (23 years), Chang'an County was replaced by Chang'an County.
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, Chang'an County and duling county were set up as well as jingzhaoyin. During the Three Kingdoms period, Wei set up Chang'an County, belonging to Jingzhao county.
In the Western Jin Dynasty, Chang'an County was established, belonging to Jingzhao county. In Jin Dynasty, Changling County (built by Emperor Gao of Han Dynasty, called Changping in the new mang era, and the old city is 20km northeast of today's Xianyang City) and anling county (built by Emperor Hui of Han Dynasty, called Jiaping in the mang era, and the old city is in the east of today's Xianyang City) were merged into Chang'an County. In the northern and Southern Dynasties, the former Zhao, the former Qin and the later Qin were all set up in Chang'an County, belonging to Jingzhao county (Yin). Former Zhao and Liu Yao built the capital of Chang'an. Fu Jian of the former Qin Dynasty also established the capital of Chang'an. After Qin Dynasty, Yao Chang withdrew Chang'an County and established Chang'an County, with Chang'an as the capital. In Sui Dynasty, Chang'an County was established, Wannian county was removed, Daxing County was established, and Daxing city was established as the capital. During the reign of Emperor Wen, the two counties belonged to Yongzhou. Emperor Yang changed Yongzhou to Jingzhao County, and the two counties belonged to it.
In Tang Dynasty, Chang'an County was set up, Daxing County was removed, Wannian county was set up, Daxing city was changed into Chang'an City, and the capital was set up in Chang'an city. Chang'an and Daxing belong to jingzhaoyin. In the second year of Wude (619), it was divided into Wannian county and Zhiyang county. Seven years (624) abandoned Zhiyang County into Wannian county. In the first year of the general chapter (668), Qianfeng county was set up in Chang'an and Mingtang county was set up in Wannian. In the first year of Yongchang (689), Chang'an was located in Yongchang County. In the second year of Chang'an (702), Qianfeng county was abandoned to Chang'an County, and Mingtang county was abandoned to Wannian county. Yongchang County was abolished in the first year of Shenlong (705). In 748, Wannian county was changed into Xianning County, and in 758, Wannian county was restored.
In the Five Dynasties, Chang'an County and Wannian county were established, and they belonged to Jingzhao Prefecture. In the first year of Kaiping (907), Chang'an County was removed, Da'an county was established, Wannian county was removed, and Danian county was established. In the first year of Tongguang in the later Tang Dynasty (923), Da'an county was withdrawn, Chang'an County was established, Danian county was withdrawn, and Wannian county was established.
In Song Dynasty, Chang'an County and Wannian county were established. Xuanhe seven years (1125) removed Wannian County, home Fanchuan county. Both Chang'an and Fanchuan counties belong to Jingzhao Prefecture, Jingzhao Prefecture, Yongxing military road.

In the Qing Dynasty, Chang'an County and Xianning county were established. In 1783, it was divided into Ningshan hall in the south of Chang'an County and Xiaoyi hall in the south of Xianning county. Chang and Xian belong to Xi'an Prefecture.
During the period of the Republic of China, Chang'an County existed. At first, it was under the jurisdiction of the Civil Affairs Department of the governor's office. After July 1912, it was under the jurisdiction of the governor's office of Shaanxi Province. In 1914, the military government of the Republic of China removed Xianning county and merged it into Chang'an County. After the Guanzhong road. In 1927, it was transferred to Shaanxi provincial government.
After liberation in 1949, Chang'an County belonged to Xianyang District of Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region before 1953, later to the people's Government of Shaanxi Province, and later to the people's Government of Xi'an city after December 1958.
