Evolution of organizational system
Xinghai, before the Qin emperor, was a military and Qiang nationality. During the Yongjia period of the Western Jin Dynasty (307-312), Tuguhun, a Xianbei nationality originally living in Eastern Liaoning Province, moved to the West and established a government in Daheba valley of Xinghai County. Xinghai was under the jurisdiction of King Tuguhun.
Tang Dynasty was linked with Tubo, Princess Wencheng, who came out of Chang'an in the West and took up the bridle in dafeichuan. At the beginning of the eighth year of Zhenguan period, Tubo sent envoys to marry with Tang Dynasty, and opened up the "Tangfan ancient road", and set up Nalu post on the Bank of Huangqing River in Daheba, Xinghai County. The warm spring post on the Tangfan Ancient Road (called halongmassuo in Qing Dynasty) is now the hot spring spot in Xinghai County, and it is called the bitter sea of lie Mo sea and Xinghai hot spring in Tang Dynasty.
