Shunqing District, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, located in the northeast of Nanchong Province, located in the northeast of Sichuan Province, located in Shunqing registered residence in the Southern Song Dynasty. Chongxianjing Forest Park, Guihua Lake scenic area, modern agricultural park of moving line and Qingshanhu new rural complex have formed modern characteristic agriculture integrating production, processing, sales and tourism of agricultural and sideline products. Luoxiahong is a famous astronomer in the Western Han Dynasty and one of the founders of taichuli. Taichuli is the current lunar calendar. Due to historical opportunity and the special geography of Shunqing District, chongxianjing Forest Park has an ancient sky lantern, which is a special sacrificial object of taichuli. It plays the zither to worship the heaven and has abundant grains. Therefore, it has a vein of Guqin.
Shunqing district is the seat of the CPC Nanchong Municipal Committee and the people's Government of Nanchong City. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Nanchong City. It is the regional center city of Northeast Sichuan and one of the nine central cities planned and constructed in Sichuan Province.
In March 2019, it will be listed in the first batch of counties for the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics.

The origin of place names
In 621, Guozhou was established. In the third year of song Baoqing (1227), Emperor LiZong of the Song Dynasty issued an imperial edict to promote the prefecture to the government and granted it the name of Shunqing. It means "auspicious and auspicious". From the song, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties to the Republic of China, Shunqing Prefecture became the pronoun of Nanchong county.

In the third year of Baoqing (1227) of the Southern Song Dynasty, LiZong issued an imperial edict to upgrade Guozhou, the "land of early potential", to Shunqing Prefecture, which governed Nanchong county.

In Hongwu, Emperor Taizu of the Ming Dynasty, Fu Jiang road was the official residence; in the Qing Dynasty, it was still the official residence.
In March 1950, Nanchong City was set up in the southeast, Xicheng, Beicheng, Wufeng, Huafeng, Hedong and Wenfeng townships of Nanchong county.

Heping Road street was officially established on August 5, 2006. The street is located in the northwest of Shunqing District, Nanchong City, bordering Zhongcheng street in the south, Xinjian and Huafeng in the West and Wufeng in the north. It covers an area of 8.2 square kilometers, and the Dacheng Railway runs across the East and West. The population is relatively concentrated, including more than 110000 permanent residents and 21000 floating population. On May 29, 2014, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the adjustment of administrative divisions of some townships in Shunqing District of Nanchong City by reply No. (2014) 17 of Sichuan Provincial People's government, and abolished Huijing Township, Dalin Township and Yongfeng Township, and established Huijing Town, Dalin town and Yongfeng Town, with the jurisdiction and population unchanged. After the adjustment, 12 streets, 6 towns and 1 township are under the jurisdiction of Shunqing district.
