History of construction
During the Warring States period, Raoyang belonged to the state of Zhao.
In the Qin Dynasty, Raoyang belonged to Julu County.
In the reign of emperor Gaozu of the Western Han Dynasty, Raoyang County was first built. There is Raohe River in the south of the county, so it is named Raoyang. Once successively subordinate to Hejian County, Youzhou Zhuo County, Boling county.
During the reign of Emperor Guangwu of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Raoyang belonged to the state of Anping. In the first year of Yanxi (158), Anping state was abolished and Raoyang County was changed to Boling county.
During the Three Kingdoms period, Raoyang belonged to Boling County of Jizhou.
In the Jin Dynasty, Raoyang belonged to Boling state.
In the Northern Wei Dynasty, Raoyang belonged to Boling County of Dingzhou. Because of this, the Northern Qi Dynasty. In the Northern Zhou Dynasty, Raoyang County belonged to Boling County, the general manager of Youzhou.
In the third year of kaihuang (583) of the Sui Dynasty, Yingzhou was set up in the county, and Raoyang belonged to it. In the third year of Daye (607), the county system was restored, and Raoyang still belonged to Hejian county. At the end of Sui Dynasty, the peasant uprising army led by Dou Jiande captured Raoyang and changed it into Raozhou.
In the early Tang Dynasty, it belonged to Yingzhou. In the fourth year of Wude (621), it belonged to daoshenzhou, Hebei Province. In 643, Raoyang still belonged to Yingzhou. In the first year of Baoying (762), Raoyang belonged to Shenzhou. In the second year of Tianyou (905), the German army was changed into Wushun army, and Raoyang belonged to Wushun army in Shenzhou.
During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, Raoyang was successively occupied by Liang, Jin, Han and Zhou. In 922, Raoyang belonged to Jin Dynasty. When Raoyang returned to Shenzhou, the German army. Jin Tianfu seven years (942), changed to shun Guojun. Jin Tianfu 12 years (947), still belong to the German army.

Shijingtai
At the beginning of the Han Dynasty, Mao Chang built a platform called the book of songs platform in his hometown now Nanshi Qin village. Mao Chang lectured the book of songs to the students on this stage. The village was named the book of songs by Taide.
