Luoshan County Luoshan County, subordinate to Xinyang City, Henan Province, is located in the south of Henan Province, the northern foot of the Dabie Mountains and the South Bank of the Huaihe River, with a total area of 2071 square kilometers. Luoshan area belongs to Xie state at the beginning of Zhou Dynasty and Shen state at the time of King Xuan of Zhou Dynasty.
