Planning leads
(1) Master plan
The construction land scale of Zhengzhou high tech Zone is 78 square kilometers, including 52 square kilometers within 400 square kilometers of urban construction land ("400 circle"), 47 square kilometers outside the circle, and 26 square kilometers of permitted construction zone. The area that does not meet the planning conditions and restrictions is 20 square kilometers, including 8953 mu of basic farmland. The built-up area of the high tech Zone is mainly concentrated in the east of Xushuihe and Hongsong Road, the north of Huahua Road, the west of West Third Ring Road and the south of Kaiyuan Road. (2) "Multi planning in one" situation
The high tech Zone unifies the coordinate system of urban and rural planning and land use planning, which is conducive to the integration of urban and rural planning and land use planning. The responsibilities of land use planning and urban and rural planning are set up in the planning section, which is convenient for the effective connection of land planning and urban and rural planning. According to the work promotion plan for the reform of engineering construction project approval system in Zhengzhou (Zheng Zheng ban [2019]) If the land is acquired by means of allocation, the opinions on site selection of construction projects and the preliminary examination of land use shall be jointly handled. At present, the Municipal Bureau of natural resources and planning is preparing the overall land and space planning of Zhengzhou (covering the high-tech zone). After the completion of the planning, it is conducive to promoting the implementation of multi planning integration.
