In the early years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the system was established in the Western Han Dynasty. In the seventh year of Yongyuan (1995), Qiancheng county was changed to Le'an county (later changed to "state", and then re changed to county). The territory was divided into five counties: BoChang County, Le'an County, Qiancheng County, Li County, and the area along the Yellow River was still Shiwo County. In the Sui Dynasty, in the 16th year of kaihuang (596), lecing County, Yangxin County and Banxian county were removed and BoChang county was restored. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the Communist Party of China led the people to establish the Shandong Provincial Provisional Senate and the Shandong Provincial wartime work Implementation Committee.
