Zhucheng Zhucheng, a county-level city in Weifang City, Shandong Province, is also called Longcheng because it is said that Emperor Shun was born in Zhufeng village in the north of the city. It is located in the southeast of Shandong Peninsula, at the junction of Taiyi mountains and Jiaowei plain, between 35 ° 42 ′ 23 ″ n to 36 ° 21 ′ 05 ″ n, 119 ° 0 ′ 19 ″ e to 119 ° 43 ′ 56 ″ e, adjacent to Jiaozhou and Huangdao in the East, Wulian in the south, and Juxian and Yishui in the West It is adjacent to Anqiu and Gaomi in the north. Zhucheng, known as "the capital of Emperor Shun", is the birthplace of Shun culture. Dongwu county was set up in the seventh year of empress Lu of the Western Han Dynasty (181 BC), and Mizhou was established in the Song Dynasty. There are wangjingmei memorial hall, dashunyuan, chaorantai, dinosaur park and other places of interest. Yuandu Longcheng was rated as one of the top ten tourist destination brands in Shandong Province. In December 2018, it was selected as one of the top 100 counties in China in terms of comprehensive competitiveness of county economy, top 30 of China's best County cities, top 100 counties in terms of business environment in 2019, and the second batch of counties (districts) with water-saving society construction up to standard. Zhucheng is the hinterland of Dongyi people in ancient times. Yushun, who was born in Zhufeng village, Shunwang street, was the leader of Dongyi tribe and was abdicated by Emperor Yao. There are three Dawenkou cultural sites and seven Longshan cultural sites, among which qianzhai cultural site is a tribal cultural center.
In Xia and Shang Dynasties, there were "Zhu" states in the territory.
In the Western Zhou Dynasty, it was a fiefdom of the state of Juzi, with Lou, Fang, Zi and other cities.
In the spring and Autumn period, the southern part of the city belonged to Lu and the northern part belonged to Qi. In the winter of the 29th year of Duke Zhuang of Lu (665 BC), the state of Lu was in the northeast of Shiwu mountain (today's Miaoshan) and in the south of Weihe River. It was named Zhuyi (the former site is Qiaozhuang, today's Zhigou town).
During the Warring States period, the city belonged to Qi and Lu. In the 24th year of Lu Qinggong (249 BC), Chu destroyed Lu and Lu entered Chu. However, except for a few areas south of the great wall of Qi, most of the areas belonged to Qi.

In the early Western Han Dynasty, Zhucheng set up counties. In the sixth year of emperor Gaozu of Han Dynasty (201 BC), Guo Meng was granted the title of Dongwu marquis. Lvhou seven years (181 BC), home to Dongwu County, because the territory of Dongwu mountain, hence the name. At the same time, the territory juxtaposed Zhu County, Pingchang County, Heng County, Chang County, Shiquan County. In the fifth year of Yuanfeng (106 BC), Langya county was transferred to Dongwu. All the counties in the territory belonged to Langya County, which was under the jurisdiction of the governor's Department of Xuzhou.
In the 14th year of Xinmang Tianfeng, Langya county was changed into a barbarian, Dongwu as Xiangshan, Zhuhe as Zhuhe, Pingchang as Yangxin, and Hengxian as Lingqiu. In September of 23, the first year of the reign of emperor Huaiyang, Wang Mang was killed and the old name of the county was restored.
In the fifth year of the founding of the Eastern Han Dynasty (80 years), Langya county was changed into a state and Kaiyang (now Linyi) was moved to be governed. Dongwu county and Zhuxian County belong to Langya state, and Pingchang county belongs to Beihai state. Hengxian County, Changxian county and Shiquan County were withdrawn.
During the Three Kingdoms period of Cao Wei, Langya state was changed into a county, and Chengyang county (zhidongwu) and Pingchang county (zhichangan) were newly established. Dongwu county belongs to Chengyang County, all counties belong to Langya County, and Pingchang county belongs to Pingchang county. Pingchang county was abandoned and changed to Chengyang county.
In taishizhong (269-271) of the Western Jin Dynasty, Dongwu, Zhu and Pingchang all belonged to Chengyang county. In the 10th year of Taikang (289), Dongwu county and Zhuxian county were changed into Dongguan county (the county ruled Dongguan), which was under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou. In the 10th year of Yuankang (300 years), Chengyang county was abolished and Pingchang county was transferred to Gaomi state of Qingzhou.
Liu Song divided Dongwu county and Pingchang County into Pingchang county and Qingzhou County, and Dongguan county and Xuzhou county.
In the first year of Jingming in the Northern Wei Dynasty (500 years), Dongwu county was set up and Gumu (Shibuzi village in Anqiu) was ruled. In the second year of Yong'an (529), Jiaozhou was divided into Qingzhou and governed by Dongwu, leading Dongwu and Gaomi. Dongwu and Pingchang belonged to Gaomi. In the same year, Fuqi county was set up in the south of Dongwu County, belonging to Dongwu county.
In the Northern Qi Dynasty, Dongwu county was abolished and Gaomi County was transferred to Dongwu. Zhu County, Pingchang county and Fuqi county were abolished and merged into Dongwu county.
In 583, Gaomi County was abolished. In 585, Jiaozhou was changed into Mizhou and Dongwu was ruled. In the 18th year of kaihuang (598), Dongwu county was changed to Zhucheng County, which was named after the counties 30 Li southwest of the county. The county belonged to Mizhou and was still governed by Mizhou. In the third year of Daye (607), Mizhou was changed into Gaomi County, which was under the jurisdiction of Zhucheng.
In the fifth year of Wude (622), Gaomi County was changed to Mizhou; in the first year of Tianbao (742), Mizhou was changed to Gaomi County; in the fifth year of Qianyuan (758), Mizhou was restored. The county is subordinate to each other because of changes.
In 907, the county belonged to Houliang. In the first year of Longde (921), Mizhou was changed to Jiaoyuan. In the third year of Longde (923), Houliang died, and the county belonged to the later Tang Dynasty. In the third year of the Qing Dynasty (936), the later Tang Dynasty died, and the county belonged to the later Jin Dynasty. In the third year of Kaiyun (946), the later Jin Dynasty died, and the county belonged to the later Han Dynasty. Qianyou four years (951), after the death of the Han Dynasty, county after Zhou. In the seventh year of Xiande (960), he died in the Later Zhou Dynasty. After 53 years of Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms, Zhucheng county began to return to Song Dynasty.
In the first year of Jianlong (960), Taizu of Song Dynasty took Mizhou as the defensive state. In spring and February of the fifth year of Kaibao (972), Mizhou was promoted to Anhua military Festival, and in autumn and August it was reduced to defense. Kaibao six years (973), back to Jiedu, Li Jingdong road. All the cities are governed by them.
Jin, Zhucheng county is under the rule of Mizhou, Shandong east road. Mizhou is still Anhua army.
In the Yuan Dynasty, Zhucheng county was still under the rule of Mizhou, which was under the jurisdiction of the general manager of Yidu Road, Xuanwei department, Dongxi Road, Shandong Province.
In the second year of Hongwu (1369) of Ming Dynasty, the province of Mizhou was governed by Zhucheng County, which was subordinate to Qingzhou Prefecture.
In the Qing Dynasty, Zhucheng county still belonged to Qingzhou Prefecture.

In 1912, the cities became independent.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), the government set up roads, and Zhucheng belonged to Jiaodong road.
On February 4, 1938, the Japanese invaders invaded Zhucheng, and the city became an enemy occupied area.
In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Jiaodong road was cut and Laiwei road was set up. Zhucheng city was changed to Laiwei road and was temporarily under the jurisdiction of Yizhou road.
In March 1941, it was under the jurisdiction of Lai Wei Dao.
In the late July of 1943, Zhucheng County Anti Japanese democratic government was established, which belongs to Binbei administrative office of Binhai special zone. Since then, the Anti Japanese democratic regimes such as jubian County, jiaobian county and Weidong county have been established in the territory, all of which belong to Binbei administrative office.
In 1945, Zhucheng belonged to the 17th administrative supervision district of Shandong Province. On September 9, the people's Government of Zhucheng county was established, belonging to Binbei District of Binhai administrative office.
In July 1946, it was transferred to Binbei District of Jiaodong administration.

On July 1, 1987, Zhucheng county was abolished and county-level cities were established, directly under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province and entrusted by Weifang City.

Zhucheng area is located in Zhucheng basin of Ludong fault block. Yimu fault zone passes along the west side of Zhucheng area. The strata are exposed simply and most of them are missing. The lithology of the strata is mainly sandstone, shale and conglomerate. The Qingshan Formation contains pyroclastic rocks. The structure in the area is complex, mainly including fold structure and fault structure.
Magmatic rocks are widely distributed in Zhucheng, Archean ancient magmatic activities are not very developed, and intrusive rocks are generally small. Mesozoic Magmatic Activity is strong, forming a large area of volcanic rocks and a variety of intrusive rocks. The Mesozoic intrusive rocks are mainly distributed in Taolin Baoding anticline and Taolin Gaogezhuang caldera to the south of Haogezhuang fault. According to the sequence of activities, the intrusive rocks can be divided into early Aishan intrusive rocks and late Laoshan intrusive rocks.
