Xushui District Xushui district is located in the eastern foot of Taihang, the middle of Hebei Province, under the jurisdiction of Baoding city. On April 28, 2015, Xushui county was divided into districts. The area is located at 38 ° 09 ~ 39 ° 09 N and 115 ° 19 ~ 115 ° 46 E. Evolution of organizational system

Spring and autumn, is the ancient Yandi. During the Warring States period, it was the front of the battle between Yan and Zhao. In the early Western Han Dynasty, beixincheng county was established. In Song Dynasty, it was a border town. In the second year of Xianping, the ruins of wusui City guarded by song General Yang Yanzhao still exist, which is a key cultural relic protection unit in Hebei Province. The main canal of the middle route of the south to north water diversion project enters the area from the northeast of Baibao village, Mancheng County, and successively passes through three towns and 13 administrative villages, namely Yilianzhuang, dawangdian and dongpusan, with a length of 13 km. The main canal adopts the form of open channel water conveyance. The design flow is 170-50 cubic meters per second. The width of the canal bottom is 22.5-7 meters and the water depth is 5-3.8 meters. There are 8 meters wide Shelterbelts on both sides of the canal. The main canal in Tianjin extends from Xiheishan village to Waihuan River in Tianjin city. It passes through dawangdian, Suicheng, humu, Gaolin village, Dongshiduan 5 townships and 31 administrative villages. The length of the canal is 33 km. The whole concrete box culvert is used to carry water by gravity. The design flow is 50 cubic meters per second.
