hydrology
Dexing belongs to Raohe River system. Le'an River is the main river in the territory. It originates from the border between Jiangxi and Anhui, enters from the north, flows through Haikou and Sizhou, and has a flow length of 51 km. The rivers with a drainage area of more than 150 square kilometers in the territory include five tributaries: tiquan River, Lizhai River, Jishui River, Changle River and Jianshui River, all of which are Changliu River and flow from southeast to northwest into Le'an River. Controlled by the main geological structure in the northeast direction, the strata, mountains and water systems in the city are distributed from northeast to southwest. Taking the "Northeast Jiangxi deep fault" passing through the rao'er-fujiawu area as the boundary, the middle and low mountain areas on the southeast side of the boundary failed to form a catchment basin, and the groundwater discharge was scattered, the circulation was strong, and the water quantity was poor. In the hilly area on the southwest side of the boundary, the groundwater mainly flows to the small basins outside the boundary. In addition to the pore water with medium water content in the loose accumulation layer of the river valley, there is only fissure water with poor water content in the rest areas.
climate
Dexing is a humid monsoon region in the middle subtropics. It has the characteristics of warm climate, abundant rainfall, sufficient light, four distinct seasons, large temperature difference between day and night, and long frost free period.
