How to make bamboo shoots
Raw materials for making Ruyi bamboo shoots:
Jingdongzhu 400g, green pepper 20g, egg white 30g, chicken breast meat 100g, ham 25g. Seasoning: 5g cooking wine, 4G salt, 5g monosodium glutamate, 25g onion and ginger juice, 3G dry starch.
Processing steps of Ruyi bamboo shoots:

Ingredients: 250g bamboo shoot meat, 500g green shell snail.
