Processing steps of spicy fish powder skin:
Break the dry powder skin into small squares, wash it with warm water and soak it soft. Cut the dried pepper into sections. Cut the scallion into shreds. Cut the black carp into strips 3cm long and 0.5cm wide. Fry them in a hot oil spoon. Remove the oil with a colander.
