Raw materials for making sesame rabbit:

A rabbit (about 1000g), 30g black sesame, 10g ginger, 10g scallion, 2G prickly ash, 15g sesame oil, 5g monosodium glutamate, 500g marinade and 3G salt.

The procedure of making sesame rabbit is as follows

Wash the black sesame and stir fry until fragrant. After slaughtering the rabbit, remove the skin and claws, remove the internal organs, wash them, put them into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil them to remove the froth, add ginger, onion, pepper and salt, cook the rabbit until it is seven mature, take out a little cold, then put them into the brine pot, marinate them on the fire for about 2 hours, take them out to cool, cut them into matching plates.
