Step 7: make a thin strip

Note: the baking time depends on the oven at home. The time of the original recipe is 15 minutes. My oven is a little bigger, so I used it for 12 minutes, but I didn't take it out immediately when I baked it. I continued to stew it, so the coloring is more uniform and good-looking.
