Stir fried yam with double apricots
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: 100g Ginkgo (Ginkgo) kernel, 50g white almond, a section of yam, half carrot, half cucumber; seasoning: edible oil, salt, (homemade) shrimp monosodium glutamate.
Step 2: peel the yam.
Step 3: peel the yam.
Step 4: wash cucumber and carrot and dice, and dice yam.
Step 5: Ginkgo kernel, white almond into boiling water, fly water, cool water.
Step 6: preheat the pan and add cooking oil.
Step 7: add yam and carrot under oil heat and stir well.
Step 8: then add two kinds of almonds and diced cucumber, stir well.
