Beef Congee
Introduction:
According to traditional Chinese medicine, beef has the functions of Tonifying Qi, nourishing spleen and stomach, strengthening muscles and bones, resolving phlegm and calming wind, relieving thirst and stopping salivation. It is suitable for the people with middle qi depression, shortness of breath and body deficiency, weakness of muscles and bones, anemia, long illness and yellow and dizzy face
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the beef, wash the lettuce and shred the ginger.
Step 2: boil water in the pot, pour in the washed pearl rice, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 3: pour in the minced beef and shredded ginger, cook slightly, then add shredded lettuce and mix well.
The fourth step: last seasoning, beat the egg into the pot and stir it.
