Bread with pork floss
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: with the exception of butter, add all the ingredients into the toaster first, liquid and then solid, knead for 15 minutes, then add butter, knead for 25 minutes.
Step 2: the dough is fermented at room temperature.
