Barbecued pork ribs
Introduction:
"This spareribs is really delicious. It's easy to do. Just be careful not to paste them."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak the ribs in cold water for 1 hour, change the water for 3 times, and drain.
Step 2: add the barbecued sauce, and mix the sauce and ribs evenly by hand.
Step 3: use food bags to refrigerate the ribs overnight, or at least six hours.
Step 4: heat the pan, add some oil, and pour in the marinated spareribs and sauce.
Step 5: cover and simmer for 15 minutes, turn over several times.
Step 6: always watch the fire, add a small amount of water when the soup is dry, and cook until the soup is thick.

Ribs: 500g
Barbecued pork sauce: 3 tbsp
Note: when the ribs are just cooked, the meat is very tender, which is between 15 minutes and 20 minutes. Don't cook for too long. Otherwise, it will take 60 minutes to stew.
