Introduction:
"Jiaomian" is a traditional pasta of Han nationality in Shaanxi Province and Shanxi Province. It is mainly popular in Huixian, Liangdang and Chengxian counties in Shaanxi, Shanxi and Gansu. Production steps:
Step 1: put some salt in the flour and make a soft dough. Wake up for ten minutes
