Oat bean paste bun
Introduction:
"Here are two ways to make red bean paste at home. First, wash the bean paste with water. First, boil the red beans, then prepare a basin of clean water, slowly rub and filter the red beans with a screen, and then squeeze out the water with a cloth bag. The rest is the red bean paste. Finally, add oil and slowly fry the excess water. The bean paste made by this method has a delicate taste, but it takes a long time, and it needs enough patience (specific steps) Please refer to my previous blog "homemade red bean paste"). The second is simple red bean paste. The method is very simple, that is, wash the red beans, add appropriate amount of water and sugar, put them into the electric pressure cooker, press for 30 minutes, and then simmer for 2-3 hours. The water is basically absorbed by the beans. Use a spoon to crush the red beans while it's hot, and don't press them all into mud, leaving a little particles. The taste is better. If there is no pressure cooker, it is better to soak red beans for 6 hours in advance, so that they can be easily boiled. (I usually put more than one knuckle of water. If I find that there is still a lot of soup after cooking the red beans, I will pour out the extra soup.) Oats are rich in starch, protein, fat, B vitamins, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid, calcium, iron and other nutrients. Oats are good for liver and stomach, skin care and so on. Eating more is good for your health. "
