Spicy hairtail
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash hairtail, drain water and put it into a large bowl
Step 2: cut scallion into sections and ginger into shreds
Step 3: put scallion and shredded ginger into the fish bowl and add appropriate amount of salt
