Production steps:
Step 1: mix yeast powder with a small amount of warm water, set aside, mix flour, yeast water and appropriate amount of water, and knead well. Take about 15 ~ 20g dough, add Monascus powder / pigment, cover with wet gauze and ferment in warm place.
Step 2: when the fermentation is twice as large, take out the dough and knead it well (this step is to remove the gas from the dough)
Step 3: knead the dough into strips and divide into small portions
Step 4: take down a portion, knead round, press flat, and squeeze bean paste in the middle
Step 5: make it into a group (how to make it, because you can't make it by yourself)
Step 6: use toothpick to make pig nose and ears with pink dough. Black sesame as eyes. Put cold water into the steamer for about 15 minutes.
Step 7: the white and fat bean paste bag is ready, and the lovely ones are reluctant to eat it~

Note: 1. Bean paste should be appropriate, too much is not good package. 2. Fermentation time must be enough. 3. Cold water into the steamer, steaming well, do not immediately open the lid, standing for a while
