Yogurt Chocolate Mousse
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soften the gelatine slices with cold water, put them into the boiled milk, stir them well, and let the gelatine slices melt completely
Step 2: add the milk of gilding to cool, then add the yogurt and stir well. The yogurt made by myself is very thick.
Step 3: add sugar to the cream
Step 4: stir at low speed until no flow, about 7 minutes
Step 5: pour the milk into the whipped cream, stir well to make mousse liquid.
Step 6: slice the cake

Step 8: pour in the mousse solution and refrigerate for more than 2 hours.
Step 9: after cold storage, the mousse liquid has solidified into jelly. Cover the mold with a hot towel, and it can be demoulded easily
Step 10: blanch the knife with hot water and cut it into pieces.
Step 11: you can also cut the cake into heart shape and put the cake into the bottom of the mold
Step 12: pour in a layer of mousse liquid and spread a layer of cake on it to make a multi-layer cake
Step 13: I made a large amount of mousse liquid. I made an eight inch round, and two three inch round and heart-shaped mousses.
