Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials. Put the yeast into 170 ml of warm water and let it dissolve.
Step 2: pour the flour into the container, add sugar, vegetable oil and whole egg liquid, stir with chopsticks, pour in the dissolved yeast water, and stir while pouring to form cotton flocculent.
Step 3: knead it into a smooth dough by hand and ferment it to twice the size in a warm place.

Step 8: put the oil in the frying pan, heat it over high fire, put the fried dough sticks into the frying pan, and keep turning with chopsticks.
Step 9: deep fry until the surface of the fried dough sticks is golden, then remove and drain the oil.

Note: the dough with good fermentation will float on the surface immediately after it is put into the oil pan. When kneading baking soda into the fermented dough, be sure to knead it into the dough a little bit. You can't pour all the soda into the dough at once. The temperature of fried dough sticks must be high enough.
