Noodles with soy sauce

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials
Step 2: add appropriate amount of water and salt
Step 3: after boiling water, add udon noodles (use chopsticks to gently disperse the caked udon noodles)
Step 4: stew udon noodles for 5 minutes, remove and add ice water (ice water can make udon noodles taste more smooth)
