Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and wash pumpkin and purple potato.
Step 2: cut into small pieces and put the purple potatoes in the steamer. Steam until soft and rotten.
Step 3: press into mud.
Step 4: prepare the flour, yeast powder with warm water, pour into the flour and mix.
Step 5: divide the flour into two parts, add purple potato puree and pumpkin puree respectively, and add gradually until it is dry and thin, and knead round.

Step 13: put the rose plumule into the steamer, wake up for 10 minutes, then light the fire, turn the water to low heat, steam for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Note: similarly, there is no process chart behind pumpkin steamed bread. The steaming time can be controlled according to the size, weather, humidity, flour and other conditions of the steamed bread. The fermentation time is 1 / 3 shorter than the usual time to make steamed bread. The fermentation is too strong and too noisy, which is not conducive to the final formation of roses.
