In Wuming temple, the abbot used the spring water beside the temple to quench his thirst. After drinking, Li Bai felt his spirit doubled and swam to Xigan ten temple. It was evening and I felt hungry. When I saw a wine shop by the river, I stepped into it. When the restaurant saw that the guests were extraordinary and dignified, but the food in the kitchen was exhausted, leaving only one fish head and two pieces of tofu, it simply put the fish head together in the pot to make a fish head stewed tofu. Li Bai tasted a mouthful of it. He was very satisfied with the delicious food. His worries about finding something he didn't meet also came to an end, so he drank happily. When he looked out of the window and saw the water gurgling under the moonlight, and the silver plate like moon was shattered by the water, he could not help his poetic interest. He wrote a poem: "Tiantai Guoqing temple is known as the four unique temples in the world. I'm here to visit Tang Dynasty, which is no different from China. The flowers and trees break the clouds, and the peaks are covered with snow. A stream outside the threshold, a few months back. This is how a good piece that has been handed down for thousands of years is left. Later generations named this dish Taibai fish head in memory of the great poet Li Bai
