Introduction:
"Muxu meat is a common Chinese dish. It belongs to Shandong cuisine of eight major cuisines. It is often falsely called Muxu meat, alfalfa meat and so on. The dish is made by frying pork slices with eggs and Auricularia auricula. It gets its name because the fried eggs are yellow and broken, similar to sweet clover. Sweet clover meat was originally found in the menu of Confucius' mansion in Qufu. Besides pork, eggs and Auricularia auricula, it also contains yulanpian. After the dish was introduced to Beijing and other places, due to the lack of bamboo shoots in Beijing, yulanpian was gradually replaced by daylily and cucumber slices. Sweet scented osmanthus, old Beijing eunuchs, gas some people laugh, most hate people say egg two words. Therefore, when eggs are used in meals, it is taboo to say that they are sweet scented osmanthus. For example, the famous "fried sweet scented osmanthus" is actually fried with pig skin and egg liquid. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: lean pork, watery black fungus, egg, cucumber, carrot
Step 2: slice lean pork
Step 3: add cooking wine, starch and white pepper
Step 4: mix well and marinate for 15 minutes;
Step 5: beat the eggs evenly;
Step 6: cut cucumber into rhombic slices
Step 7: slicing carrots (I used a pattern mold for embellishment)

Step 9: put in the cucumber slices and carrot slices, quickly break them, and set aside
Step 10: when the oil pan is 60% or 70% hot, put in pork slices (so that the meat will not paste on the pan)
Step 11: stir fry until the meat turns white and light
Step 12: put in the agaric which has been blanched before
Step 13: pour in the scrambled eggs, add salt, mushroom essence seasoning
Step 14: pour in cucumber slices and carrot slices, stir fry and taste
Step 15: finally, add a little sesame oil, stir fry over high heat and remove from the pan
