Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak red beans in water for 40 minutes.

Step 12: turn the mold upside down and the red bean jelly can be eaten after demoulding.

White granulated sugar: 10g
Note: 1. Don't put too much water to boil red beans. If you don't have more water than red beans, you don't need to cook them too badly. As long as they are cooked, red beans will taste better. 2. White jelly can also be replaced by agar and fish glue powder, but the taste is slightly different. 3. The amount of sugar should be put according to your preference. If you like sweeter, you can also put some rock sugar when cooking red beans. 4. White jelly is a kind of food that is easy to solidify. If there is no refrigerator, it can solidify even if it is placed at room temperature for an hour, which is more refreshing after refrigeration.
