Production steps:
Step 1: soak the glutinous rice half a day in advance.
Step 2: wash and peel the lotus root and cut it at 1 / 6.
Step 3: pour the soaked glutinous rice into the lotus root node.
Step 4: fix the lotus root node with toothpick.
Step 5: put the fixed lotus root into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, if you like sweet mouth, add appropriate amount of rock sugar or honey, simmer for 20 minutes.

Note: when slicing glutinous rice lotus root, because of glutinous rice's stickiness, the knife dipped in cold water will help the slicing not stick to the knife.
