Liushui town
Liushui Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changling County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of Changling County, 17 kilometers away from Changling County; it borders Guangming Township in the East, Haiqing Township in the south, Changling town in the west, and qiangoros Mongolian Autonomous County in the north. The total administrative area is 277 square kilometers.
In 1938, Liushui Tuozi village was established; in 2005, Shuanglong township was merged into Liushui town. By the end of 2018, there were 36626 registered residence population in the town. As of June 2020, there are 15 administrative villages under the jurisdiction of Liushui town.

History of construction
In 1938, liushuituozi village was set up, and in 1946, it belonged to the third district.
In 1950, it belonged to the second district.
In 1956, two townships of Liushui and zhongxingbao were set up.
In February 1958, the two townships were merged into Liushui township; in September, the township was transformed into a commune.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
In 1994, the township was transformed into a town.
In 2005, Shuanglong township was incorporated into the city.
