Historical evolution
Chajian town is located 23 kilometers west of the county. Tianchang county annals written by Jiajing of Ming Dynasty has been called town. This is the upper reaches of the Baita river. There is a saying that there are 72 streams in Shanghui, so it is called Chajian. Before the Ming Dynasty, there were Dajue temple and Beiting bridge in the north of the town. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were a number of Anguan temples. During the Anti Japanese War, it was bombed and burned by the Japanese army.
There are nearly 100 stores of tobacco, wine, silk and cloth, Jingguang grocery store, more than 30 grain stores, more than 10 salt stores, more than 30 rice mills, 4 dross stores, and more than 100 boats passing under the Baita river every day.
Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, there was only a north-south straight tube street in Chajian Town, about 1000 meters long and less than 3 meters wide. Taking xiaoqiaokou as the boundary, it is called Nanyang street in the South and Yiyi street in the North (because most of the residents moved from the North). The houses beside the street are sparse, most of them are covered with earth walls and grass roofs. The street is paved with big stones. When it rains, they have to bow their heads and walk slowly. They are called "Xiaozi Street". Because there are two bridges in the street, one is a small bridge and the other is a stele Pavilion. When the rain is heavy, the water will overflow on the bridge. The whole street is divided into three sections. The residents call it "one river and three islands".
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the name of Nanyang Street remained unchanged, while Yiyi street was renamed Fumin Street and Jiaotong street. State owned and collective commercial departments set up distribution departments or business offices here one after another, and financial, tax and government departments also set up branches here, resulting in more housing construction.
In 1975, the Luning oil pipeline passed through Chajian area, subsidizing some funds for Chajian, and the town industry also set aside some funds for widening streets, paving gravel pavement, excavating drainage ditches on both sides, and reconstructing Chajian bridge (also known as Han Bridge) and small bridge.
Among them, Chajian bridge is 130 meters long, 10 meters high and 10 meters wide, which is a large bridge in the county. In 1978, the main street was paved with residual oil pavement, and the number of tile roofed houses increased year by year, so the grass houses on the street were basically eliminated, and the appearance of the city changed.
After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the number of farmers entering the town to build houses, do business or set up enterprises has increased year by year. With the development of highway transportation, Nanyang East Street, Nanyang West Street, Yanhe East Street, Fuyi East Road (above east-west direction), Huancheng Road and Qingnian Road (above north-south direction) have been newly opened.
Street lamps have been installed in the main streets. There are 880 seats in the reconstructed theater. The buildings of supply and marketing, department stores, posts and Telecommunications as well as some government, enterprises and institutions have sprung up. All kinds of shops stand on both sides of the street. According to the general survey in 1983, there are 66 enterprises and institutions in the town, with 85000 square meters of residential land and 25.8 square meters per capita, of which the building area is 32500 square meters and 11.2 square meters per capita.

tourist resources
Longyin Temple
It was built in the middle of Tang Dynasty. At its heyday, it was large-scale and well-known. The main hall of "Longyin Temple" rebuilt in 2007 is magnificent and solemn.
The Dragon hermit is the real emperor of the dragon. It is said that he devotes himself to retreat and practice. It is said that the history of Longyin originated from the eight immortals. In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, the government and the public worshipped Buddhism, and the holy land of Longyin became the Taoist temple of Buddhism. According to the inscriptions of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty, it is proved that "the area is more than 300 mu, and there are more than 100 monks." It can be seen that the grand occasion was full of green bamboos, pines, Osmanthus fragrans, green wild gardens, surrounded by forests, majestic ancient temples, birds singing with the morning bell and evening drum, poets gathering, and dignitaries pouring in. Or control the secluded and seek the ancient, or go back to the forest and spring.
Longyin temple is a legacy of Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen. At the beginning, it was called Baima temple and later Longyin temple. The ancient temple is majestic, and after thousands of years of wind and rain, there have been many wars and legal disasters. However, the Buddhist culture has never ended when believers come here to burn incense and worship Buddhism.
Wolong Park
Located at the foot of Busan, Chajian Town, about 25 kilometers west of Tianchang City, it is famous for its natural landscape.
Looking at Busan from afar, it looks like an inverted iron pot, standing in the misty clouds. On the mountain, the flowers and plants are luxuriant, the jagged rocks are clustered or independent, the shapes are different, and it is magnificent. There are wild flowers and fruits everywhere, and there are many birds and animals in the dense forest.
Longwang well
Located at the top of Wolong Park in Pusan, Chajian Town, the "Dragon King well" has clean and mellow water, which is inexhaustible for many years. It is said that drinking it can dispel the cold, reduce the heat, be afraid of illness and prolong life, so people come here to get water every day.
Characteristic industry
The villagers of Baihe road in Chajian introduced lilies from other places for small-scale trial planting. Later, because of the high price of lilies, many growers tasted the sweetness, and gradually spread to the whole village and surrounding towns. In view of the huge potential of Lily market, the town Party committee and government timely issued a series of supporting policies such as preferential loans, actively guided the masses to develop lily production, and resisted market risks with scale advantages, so that the lily planting area in the town was consolidated and expanded.
While building the lily production base, the town strengthened the construction of marketing network, constantly consolidated the old market and opened up new markets, so that all the lilies produced could be sold at a good price. First, set up sales windows in Shanghai and other large and medium-sized cities.
Relying on the wholesale markets of agricultural and sideline products in these large and medium-sized cities, we should establish an organization system with sensitive information, quick response and flexible operation, so as to make timely counter-measures
