Songyang County Songyang county belongs to Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, located in the southwest of Zhejiang Province. Liandu District of Lishui City in the East, Longquan City and Yunhe County in the south, Suichang County in the northwest and Wuyi County of Jinhua City in the northeast. The longest distance from the east to the west is 53.7 km; the longest distance from the north to the south is 40.2 km.
In 2018, the GDP of Songyang county was 10.606 billion yuan. Songyang is a complete county model of "classical China". National Geographic of China regards Songyang as "the last secret place of Jiangnan".
In July 2019, it won the title of "China's natural oxygen bar" establishment area in 2019. On July 29, 2020, it will be included in the list of national health towns (counties) to be reconfirmed in 2019.
Historical evolution
Songyang county was founded in the fourth year of Jian'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (199). It is divided into Nanxiang of an County and Songyang county. It belongs to Kuaiji county and is the earliest County in Lishui area.
In the second year of Wu Taiping in the Three Kingdoms (257), Linhai county was set up and Songyang was subordinate to it.
The first year of Taining in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (323) belongs to Yongjia County.
In 589, Kuocang county was set up in Dongxiang of Songyang County; in the same year, Chuzhou was set up, and Songyang belonged to Chuzhou. In the 12th year, Chuzhou was changed into kuozhou, and Songyang was subordinate to it. In the third year of Daye (607), kuozhou was changed into Yongjia County, and Songyang belonged to it.
In the fourth year of Wude (621), Songyang was changed into Songzhou, which included the establishment of the governor's office; in the seventh year, the governor's office was changed, which was under the jurisdiction of Songzhou. In the eighth year, Songzhou was changed to Songyang County, and Suichang was transferred to Songyang county. In the second year of Jingyun (711), suichangfu was separated from Songyang. In the first year of Tianbao (742), kuozhou was changed into Jinyun County. In the first year of Qianyuan (758), kuozhou was restored and Songyang was under its jurisdiction. In the second year, the South Township of Songyang county was located in Longquan county. In the 14th year of Dali (779), the state was changed into a state, and Songyang was under its jurisdiction.
In 910, Songyang county was changed to Changsong county. In 939, Changsong county was changed into Bailong county.
In the second year of Xianping in the Northern Song Dynasty (999), Bailong county was changed to Songyang County, and its name has been used to this day.
In 1353, Songyang belonged to Chuzhou road. In the 19th year of Zhizheng reign, Chuzhou road was changed to an'nan mansion, and soon it was restored to Chuzhou mansion, to which Songyang belonged.
Songyang in Ming and Qing Dynasties was located in the state capital. In November of the third year of Xuantong (1911), after the revolution of 1911, Chuzhou was set up as a military and government branch, and Songyang was set up as a branch.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), the military and government branches of Chuzhou were removed, and the provincial and county system was implemented, with Songyang County under the provincial jurisdiction. Three years, home ouhaidao, Songyang as a subordinate. In the 16th year, the road was abandoned and the system of two levels of province and county was restored. Songyang was still under the jurisdiction of the province. In June, the 11th County supervision district was set up; in October, the second temporary special zone was set up, under which Songyang was attached. In June, the second temporary special zone was changed into Lishui administrative supervision zone. In April of the 20th year, it was also renamed the ninth administrative supervision district, which belonged to Songyang. In April 2004, it was reorganized into the sixth administrative supervision district. In June, it was renamed the seventh administrative supervision district, and in May of 1998, Songyang belonged to it.
On March 14, 1949, more than 300 officers and soldiers under Hu Yunfu, the deputy chief of Lishui County Health Corps, revolted in Bihu. After the uprising led by Zhu Gengsheng, the head of Songyang County, and Zhang Mucha, the head of Lishui County, the uprising of Songyang and Lishui counties was electrified. After the Lishui uprising, the Lishui Xuanhua Working Committee (renamed chubei county Party committee in April), Lishui County Government (renamed chubei county government in April) and Lijin Yongwu people's guerrilla detachment were established.
Songyang was liberated in May 1949. In August, the seventh special zone of Zhejiang Province was set up; in October, it was renamed Lishui special zone, which belongs to Songyang.
In January 1952, Lishui district was abolished, and Songyang County belonged to Quzhou district.
In March 1955, it was transferred to Jinhua District.
On November 21, 1958, the State Council approved the abolition of Songyang County, and the original jurisdiction was incorporated into Suichang county.
In 1963, it returned to Lishui.
On January 30, 1982, the State Council approved the restoration of Songyang County, which belongs to Lishui area. Now it belongs to Lishui City.
In 1998, Langyang natural village, langshu village, Sidu township was established as a separate administrative village under the jurisdiction of WangSong township. At that time, the county had jurisdiction over 20 townships and 401 administrative villages.
In April 2012, zhaishixuan changed its name to Zhaitan. The establishment of Xiping town and WangSong township will be abolished, and three sub district offices will be set up, namely Xiping, Shuinan and WangSong. Huanggongdu village of Yecun township will be under the jurisdiction of Xiping sub district office, and silingxia village will be under the jurisdiction of Shuinan office.
In December 2012, Xinxing Township, Xiecun Township and Xinchu Township were abolished, and Xinxing town was merged.
By the end of 2018, there will be 3 streets, 5 towns and 11 townships in the county. Specifically: Xiping street, Shuinan street, WangSong street, Gushi Town, Xiangxi Town, dadongba Town, Yuyan Town, Xinxing Town, Yecun Township, Zhaitan Township, Zhuyuan Township, Sandu Township, Sidu Township, Chishou Township, Zhangxi Township, Yuxi Township, Banqiao she Township, Fengping Township and Anmin township.
In August 2019, the original 401 administrative villages in the county will be adjusted to 203, reducing 198.

In Song Dynasty, there were five townships and one town in Songyang.
In the 10th year of the reign of emperor Zhizheng of the Yuan Dynasty (1350), 26 capitals were set up, each of which had 10 guarantees, and each had its own advantages.
In the 22nd year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty (1486), six townships were set up. Yifeng township is in charge of 7 Li and 5 Du, Jingyi township is in charge of 5 Li and 4 Du, Buhe Shangxiang township is in charge of 4 Li and 4 Du, Buhe Xiaxiang township is in charge of 4 Li and 4 Du, Jiuzhi township is in charge of 5 Li and 3 Du, huiqia Township is in charge of 4 Li and 6 Du.
In 1654, six townships were still established. At the beginning of the Republic of China, eight autonomous regions were set up along the Qing Dynasty system, with jurisdiction over capital, Tu and Zhuang.
In 1928, the village system was implemented, including county area, village (LI), Lu and Lin. In the city for the village, in the township for the village (or joint village). At that time, Songyang county was divided into 8 districts: Urban District, Xiatian District, Wudu District, dazhuxi District, Gushi District, Yuyan District, Jingju district and shicang district.
In 1929, five districts were set up. The urban area, Xiatian district and Wudu district are divided into the first district with jurisdiction over 4 Li 35 villages; the old urban area is changed into the second district with jurisdiction over 3 li 37 villages; the former Yuyan district is changed into the third district with jurisdiction over 1 Li 19 villages; the dazhuxi district is changed into the fourth district with jurisdiction over 31 villages; the former Jingju district and shicang district are changed into the Fifth District with jurisdiction over 40 villages. At that time, Songyang county had jurisdiction over 5 districts, 8 Li, 162 villages, 619 Lu and 3046 neighbors.
In February of 1930, the township system was implemented, with Li as town and village as township. County 4 Li for 4 towns, ancient city 3 Li for 1 town, yuyanli for township. After the reorganization, the first district governs 4 towns and 35 townships, the second district governs 1 town and 37 townships, the third district governs 20 townships, the Fourth District governs 35 townships, the Fifth District governs 40 townships, and then Songyang County governs 5 districts, 5 towns and 167 townships.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), the original township was adjusted. Songyang county set up more than 180 townships.
In 1934, the Baojia system was carried out in counties, towns and townships. At that time, Songyang county had jurisdiction over 5 districts, 5 towns, 54 townships, 313bao and 3269a. The county is called a town.
In June 1940, the new county system was implemented. Because the original township only has a minimum of 2 insurances and a maximum of 30 insurances, which is inconsistent with the new county system outline that "each township shall have a minimum of 6 insurances and a maximum of 15 insurances", it is adjusted to 5 districts, 43 townships (towns), 312 insurances and 2210a insurances. The county seat is located in South Town and North Town.
In March of 1944, the original administrative divisions were adjusted to 4 districts, 30 townships (towns), 259bao and 2461a. The South and North towns of the county were merged and named Xiping town.
In the 35th year of the Republic of China (1946), it was reorganized into four districts, 21 townships, 249bao, 2206a, until the founding of the people's Republic of China.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China
From the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1949 to 2019, the zoning adjustment of Songyang county has mainly gone through nine stages: the first stage is the early stage of the founding of the people's Republic of China, that is, from May 1949 to the spring of 1950; the second stage is the stage of township planning, that is, from the spring of 1950 to the spring of 1956; the third stage is the stage of withdrawing districts and merging townships, that is, from the spring of 1956 to August 1958; the fourth stage is the stage of people's commune, that is, from September 1958 to the spring of 1961 The second quarter; the fifth is to adjust the commune stage, that is, from the second quarter of 1961 to 1982; the sixth is to separate the government and society, that is, in October 1983; the seventh is to withdraw the district and expand the town and merge the township in 1992; the eighth is to set up the street in 2012; the ninth is to adjust the size of the administrative village in August 2019.

In May 1949, Songyang was liberated and the Baojia system was abolished. The original districts of Chengzhu, Gushi, Jingju and Yuyan set up their own offices. On May 26, the district offices were abolished and the first, second, third and fourth people's democratic governments were established. At that time, the county had jurisdiction over 4 districts and 21 townships, and the jurisdiction of each township remained the same.
