Deqing County Deqing County, a county under the jurisdiction of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is located in the north of Zhejiang Province, with Shanghai in the East, Hangzhou in the south, Taihu Lake in the north and Tianmu Mountain in the West. Administrative district

After liberation, the county has undergone several changes: in May 1950, hemp township was assigned to Chongde county (now Tongxiang City), tangqishuibei county (now Yuhang District of Hangzhou City). In 1956, the industrious advanced agricultural society of Yuhang county was incorporated into Wukang county. On June 17, 1958, Wukang was incorporated into Deqing County. In August 1963, the South Road commune of Wuxing county (now Wuxing District, Huzhou City) was incorporated into the county.
Deqing County is located in the north of Zhejiang Province, adjacent to Hangzhou, Tongxiang, Huzhou, Anji and other cities (counties), 47 km south of Hangzhou, 42 km north of Huzhou. The longest part of the county is 54.75 km (Dongan village, Xinshi town in the East, Qinlao village, Moganshan town in the West), and the widest part is 29.75 km (kangjieshan village, Xiazhuhu street in the south, Hengling village, Moganshan town in the North), with a total area of 937.92 square kilometers. By the end of 2020, the county will have 5 streets, 8 towns, 30 communities, 137 administrative villages and 7 neighborhood committees.
History of construction

In the spring of the first year of emperor Gaozu (206 BC) of the Western Han Dynasty, the county belonged to Jing state; in the twelfth year of emperor Gaozu (195 BC), it belonged to Wu state. In the third year of emperor Jing (154 BC), it was restored to Kuaiji Prefecture. In the fourth year of Yongjian (129 AD) of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Wujun was located to the west of Zhejiang (Qiantangjiang).
During the Three Kingdoms period, he entered the territory of Soochow. In the first year of Wu Huangwu (222 AD), Wucheng and Yuhang set up Yong'an County, which was the beginning of the construction of Wukang county. The county government set up the south foot of Yong'an mountain (Yinshan). In the first year of Baoding (266 AD), Wu County was changed into Wu Xing County, leading 9 counties such as Wu Cheng and Yong'an.
In the first year of Taikang (AD 280), Yongan county was changed into Yongkang County; in the third year of Taikang (AD 282), Yongkang county was changed into Wukang County, and the county government was moved to qianxibei, under the jurisdiction of Wuxing county. In the Southern Dynasties, the song, Qi, Liang and Chen dynasties remained unchanged.
In 589 A.D., Wuxing county was abolished and Wukang county was merged into Yuhang County, which belongs to Hangzhou. Renshou two years (AD 602), the restoration of Wukang County, Huzhou. In the second year of Tianshu reign (AD 691), Wuyuan County was set up in 17 townships in the east of Wukang. The county government set up the south of xialan mountain, which was the beginning of the construction of Deqing County. In the second year of Jingyun (711 AD), the source of Yiwu was Linxi. Tianbao first year (AD 742), named "Deqing", the county moved bailiaoshan (now Bailiang mountain) south. In the first year of Qianyuan Dynasty (758 AD), Wuxing county was changed into Huzhou, which belonged to Deqing and Wukang. In the second year of Guangde (764 AD), the government of Wukang County moved to the north of yuyingxi.
In the third year of Tianbao in the Five Dynasties (910 AD), Wukang was established in Hangzhou.
In 978 A.D., Wukang was transferred to Huzhou. In the first year of Baoqing in the Southern Song Dynasty (1225 AD), Huzhou was changed into Anji, Wukang and Deqing belong to it.
In 1276 ad, anjizhou was changed to Huzhou Road, and the two lines belonged to the old. In 1356, Huzhou road was changed into Wuxing County, leading Wukang, Deqing and other counties.
In the Ming Dynasty, Wuxing county was changed into Huzhou Prefecture, and the two counties belonged to the same Prefecture.
The Qing Dynasty followed the Ming system, and its subordination remained the same.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912 AD), Wukang and Deqing counties were directly under the provincial government. In the third year of the Republic of China (A.D. 1914), the provincial government abolished the prefectures and set up roads. Both counties belong to Qiantang road. In 1927, the system of Daoism was abolished and the province was directly under the central government. In September 1935, Zhejiang Province set up nine administrative supervision districts, of which Deqing and Wukang were the first. In October 1938, it was transferred to the second district. In April 1948, the province was divided into six districts, and the two counties became the first district. In July, the province was divided into nine districts. Deqing was still the first district (Wuxing District) and Wukang was the ninth district (Lin'an District).
After the founding of the people's Republic of China in October 1949, Deqing County belonged to Jiaxing district and Wukang county to Lin'an district. In 1953, Lin'an district was abolished and Wukang county was changed to Jiaxing district.
In June 1958, Wukang county and Deqing County merged into Jiaxing district. The county is located in Chengguan Town (now Qianyuan town). In 1970, Jiaxing district was changed to Jiaxing District, and its membership remained unchanged.
In July 1983, Jiaxing district was abolished and the system of city governing county was implemented. Huzhou City was established and Deqing County was subordinate to it.
On May 17, 1994, Deqing County government moved from Chengguan Town (now Qianyuan town) to Wukang town (now Wukang Street).

In 1992, towns were expanded and townships were merged, from 28 townships to 21 townships (duihekou township was merged into Wukang Town, houwu Township into Futou Township, Erdu Township into Sanhe Township, Chengguan Township and Chengguan Township were merged into Chengguan Town, geting Township into Zhongguan Town, Meilin Township and Xinlian Township into new town).
In January 1999, the township area was adjusted again, from 21 to 16 (the organizational system of Shangbai Town, Sanqiao town and Qiushan town was abolished and merged into Wukang town; Longshan Town was merged into Luoshe town; Gaolin town was merged into new town). In October 2003, Longshan, Longsheng and Wangmushan villages in Luoshe town were assigned to Wukang town.
