Songbei District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the West and the north of Harbin City, the North Bank of Songhua River, inland river plain, adjacent to Zhaodong city in the west, Hulan District and Lanxi County in the north, and Daowai District and Daoli District across the river in the East and south, respectively.
