Taian County, a county under the jurisdiction of Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located in the middle of Liaoning Province and the hinterland of Liaohe River Delta. In October 1945, Tai'an was liberated for the first time, and the democratic government of Tai'an County was established under the leadership of the western Liaoning Administrative Office (based in Jinzhou).
