Wulate Middle Banner Wulate Middle Banner is located in the northeast of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is located in 107 ° 16 ~ 109 ° 42 east longitude and 41 ° 07 ~ 41 ° 28 north latitude. It borders Mongolia in the north, 184.4km away from the national boundary. It is adjacent to Baotou Darhan maoming'an United banner and Guyang County in the East, Wuyuan County, Linhe district and Hangjinhou banner in the south, and wulathou banner in the West.
The whole banner is 203.8 km long from east to west and 148.9 km wide from north to south, with a total area of 23096 square kilometers. Hailiutu town is 161 kilometers away from Linhe District, 219 kilometers away from Baotou City, 391 kilometers away from Hohhot, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and 130 kilometers away from Ganqi Maodu port.
On December 7, 2016, Urad Zhongqi was listed as the third batch of national new urbanization comprehensive pilot areas. On July 27, 2018, with the approval of the people's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, he withdrew from poverty banner.
In July 2020, the National Patriotic Health Campaign Committee reconfirmed wulatzhong banner as a national health county.
Historical evolution
In 1648, Wulate Middle Banner was set up. The next year, he moved to Wulat grassland, also known as Wulat Zhonggong banner. Qifu is located in the south of HADAMEN gully in front of Wula mountain. From the Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, Zhonggong banner had jurisdiction over six Sumu, namely, aruhorqin, Gaole, malatur, Miri, wubulhorqin and Zhun. In the Republic of China, it was bordered by tuxietu Khan and sanyinnuoyan in the north, Donggong and Xigong in the southeast, and Alxa erlut in the West. By the end of the Republic of China, qiyamen had kundulunhua, dabagan Gaole north entrance, Yihe ulijitu, wendur zhusilingla, biqigetu, barihashan, agujimatalabai, baorihantu, ulijitu, baorihushuo, ulantaolegai, Chuanjing, Dongsheng temple, derisonor, benbatai, etc. It has jurisdiction over Chagan hushuo, delisunuoer and daolaoqi, and one area of Tailiang. Sumu governs Gacha and the district governs township.
On July 18, 1950, the people's Government of Wulat Middle Banner was established in benbatai (now hulustaisumu wuzhuergachabei), with three nutuks and one district. Nutukehe district has 30 Gacha and 5 administrative villages. Bayin windur nutuk governs 12 gachas in khanatu, abratu, jusmula, chaogewindur, Ulan tolehai, shandai, Benbatu, bugutai, xiniusu, baoribi, Bayin Wuliji and Gaobei. There are seven gachas in delisunornutukhiayichagan, bayingole, bayinduduhu, Ulan Oboo, ulijitu, Chuanjing and hulestai. Shabugnu tuk governs eight Gacha, namely, wengentege, daolaoqi, salmante, dongdawusu, bayinbaori, narinhari, bayinoer and hatai. Tailiang District governs Kundulun temple, nanguanjing, nieertu Gacha and Nanpai, Laoyemiao Gebu, Tailiang, dianlisutai and zhangsanhao.

In 1982, the establishment of five joint venture pastures was abolished, and the commune level was changed to the production brigade level. In 1984, the commune was changed into Township and Sumu, and the brigade into administrative village and Gacha. Hongqi commune was renamed Wuliang Sutai Township, Yongsheng commune was renamed shuangshengmei Township, and laoniaotou commune was renamed chulutu township.
In January 1986, Wujiahe Township and wengengsumu were changed into towns.
In 1995, the whole banner had jurisdiction over Hailiutu, Wengeng and Wujiahe towns, Bayin, Bayin hatai, Bayin Hanggai, Chuanjing, Hanggai Gobi, hulustai, sanggendalai, Wulan and Xinhure towns, Sumu, chulutu, Delingshan, Gaobei, Hongfeng, Shihahe, shilanji, shuangshengmei and wuliangsutai towns. There are 63 Gacha, 57 administrative villages, 278 natural villages and 9 residents' committees.
In April 2001, Gaobei Township, shuangshengmei Township, chulutu Township and Shihahe Township were abolished and Shihahe town was rebuilt; Hanggai Gobi Sumu was abolished and put under hulestai Sumu. There are three townships in Hongfeng Township, shilanji Township and wuliangsutai Township, five townships in Delingshan Town, Hailiutu Town, Shihahe Town, Wengeng town and Wujiahe Town, and eight saplings in bayinshu, bayinhatasu, bayinhanggaisu, chuanjingsu, hulestai, sangendalai, wulansu and Xinhure.
In 2009, it has jurisdiction over 4 towns, 4 Sumu, 1 breeding stock farm, 13 neighborhood committees, 84 village committees and 278 villager groups.
In 2010, Sichuan well Sumu was abolished and Chuanjing town was established. After the adjustment, the whole banner governs 5 towns and 3 Sumu: Hailiutu Town, Wujiahe Town, Delingshan Town, Shihahe Town, Chuanjing Town, hulustai Sumu, Bayin ulansu and Xinhure Sumu.
In 2012, Chuanjing town was abolished and Ganqi Maodu town and Chuanjing Sumu town were established; Wengeng town was restored. After the adjustment, the whole banner governs 6 towns and 4 Sumu: Hailiutu Town, Wujiahe Town, Delingshan Town, Shihahe Town, Ganqimaodu Town, Wengeng Town, Hulusitai Sumu Town, Chuanjing Sumu Town, Bayin Ulan Sumu town and Xinhure Sumu town.

The official languages of Ulat Middle Banner are Mandarin and Mongolian, which are used in formal occasions.
