Gande county is a county under the jurisdiction of Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province. Gande county is located in 99 ° 36 ′ 30 ″ - 100 ° 53 ′ E and 33 ° 33 ′ - 34 ° 24 ′ n. It is adjacent to Maqu County of Gansu Province in the East, the Yellow River in the south, dari county and Jiuzhi County, and Maqin County in the West and North. The mineral deposits include rock gold, coal, etc. Wild animals include deer, musk deer, snow leopard, lynx, bear, wild donkey, yellow sheep, rock sheep, snow chicken, etc. There is a xiarihu temple built in the middle of Qing Dynasty. There are abundant underground mineral deposits, such as duochenggongmayan gold deposit, heidawa mercury deposit and Jiangqian coal mine. There are two placer gold anomalies in kequ, East and West, and the gneiss gold anomaly in qingzhengong.

(1) Dongkequ placer gold anomaly
Located in the middle and upper reaches of dongkequ River, it belongs to Qingzhen township. There is dongchenggongmayan gold deposit nearby, and the range of gold anomaly is more than 7 km.

Located in the middle and upper reaches of xikequ River, in kequ town. There are placer gold anomalies in the middle and upper reaches of the river and its tributaries.
(3) Dongchenggong Mayan gold deposit
It is located between gongmagou and wamagou in kequ Town, covering an area of 152 square kilometers and 45 kilometers to Qingzhen township. The rock gold reserve is 1280 kg, with an average grade of au2.96 g / T.
(4) Qingzhengong gneiss gold anomaly
The abnormal point of rock gold belongs to Qingzhen Township, with convenient transportation. 21 abnormal points of gold have been explored, 8 gold bodies have been found, and the geological reserves are 636.13 kg.
Mercury ore
It is located 28 km northeast of Jiangqian township. According to the preliminary determination of mercury content of 0.001-0.0007 × 102 by the Provincial Geological Exploration Bureau in 1982, the metallogenic type is hydrothermal.

Grassland resources
The natural grassland area of Gande county is 6512.53 square kilometers, of which the usable grassland area is 5879.53 square kilometers. The grassland distribution is not obvious in the horizontal zone, and the alpine meadow soil is the main soil in the northwest, with serious degradation.
