Taikang County Taikang County, formerly known as Yangxia, belongs to Zhoukou City, Henan Province. It is located in the east of Henan Province, in the south of North China Plain, adjacent to Zhecheng and Sui counties in Shangqiu in the East, Tongxu and Qi counties in Kaifeng in the north, Fugou and Xihua in the West, and Huaiyang in the south. Taikang county is located between 33 ° 54 ′ - 34 ° 17 ′ N and 114 ° 32 ′ - 115 ° 08 ′ e, with a total area of 1761 square kilometers. The main climatic characteristics of Taikang county are that the annual temperature is abnormally high, the annual precipitation is unevenly distributed, and the late autumn is abnormally high. In 224 BC, the first emperor of Qin set up Yangxia County, belonging to Yingchuan County; in the Tang Dynasty, it belonged to daohuaiyang County, Henan Province, and in the Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Kaifeng Prefecture, Henan Province. In the early Qing Dynasty, it followed the Ming system and still belonged to Kaifeng Prefecture. In 1965, Zhoukou district (Zhoukou area) was added, and then it was changed into prefecture level Zhoukou City, which belongs to Taikang county. As of 2017, there are three expressways in Taikang County, namely Daguang, Yongdeng and Shangzhou. In 2010, Taikang County won the title of national rural labor transfer and employment demonstration county. In 2011, Taikang County won the national advanced county in grain production. The development of Taikang county has a history of more than 5000 years. In the primitive society, wanqiu (now Huaiyang), the capital of Fuxi family in Taihao, was located in the capital of Fuxi family in Taihao.

In the early Western Han Dynasty, it belonged to Yingchuan county. Gaozu seven years (200 years ago) points Yingchuan county set Huaiyang County, 11 years (196 years ago) set Huaiyang state, fengziyou for Huaiyang king. During the reign of Emperor Wu, the state was abolished as a county, and Ji'an was the prefect of Huaiyang. Emperor Xuan restored the state of Huaiyang and made Ziqin king of Huaiyang. In the early Eastern Han Dynasty, it belonged to the state of Huaiyang in Yuzhou. During the reign of Guangwu, Gushi County entered Yangxia county. In the second year of Zhanghe (88), Huaiyang state was changed to Chen state, and Yangxia belonged to it. In the second year of Emperor Xian's Jian'an (197), Yuan Shu sent Chen Wang Chong to kill him. Chen state was abolished as Chen County, and Yangxia belonged to Chen county.
During the Three Kingdoms period, it belonged to Chen County of Yuzhou. In 232, Emperor Weiming granted Caozhi the title of king of Chen, which was the state of Chen. Later, Caozhi decided to move to Jibei, where Chen Fu was the county, and Yangxia belonged to it.
Jin belongs to the state of Liang in Yuzhou. Emperor Hui of Jin divided Liang state into Chen state and Yang Xia state.
In the southern and Northern Dynasties, Liu Song belonged to Chen County of Yuzhou. The Southern Qi Dynasty belongs to the northern Chen County of Yuzhou. The Northern Wei Dynasty belongs to Liangzhou. In 446, Yangxia county was merged into Fugou county. Taihe 12 years (488) restoration of Yangxia county. In 617 (the 13th year of Daye reign of emperor Yang), Li mi raised his army here, so Kuangcheng was abolished and Taikang county was restored to Huaiyang county.
Tang Dynasty belongs to Huaiyang county of Henan Province. In 627, fule county (the former site of fule city is 18 kilometers to the west of Taikang city) was merged into Taikang county (fule was an old county in the Western Han Dynasty, Liu long was granted as the Marquis of fule in the Guangwu period of the Eastern Han Dynasty, and then the state of fule was abolished as fule county. In the Jin Dynasty, fule was merged into Yangxia and restored in the 16th year of kaihuang period of the Sui Dynasty).
It belonged to Kaifeng Prefecture of Tokyo in the Five Dynasties and the Later Liang Dynasty, Chenzhou Prefecture in the later Tang Dynasty, and Kaifeng Prefecture of Tokyo in the later Jin Dynasty, the later Han Dynasty and the Later Zhou Dynasty.
In the Northern Song Dynasty, it belonged to Kaifeng Prefecture and Gongzhou Prefecture in Huizong period. Gongzhou was originally located in Xiangyi County, Kaifeng Prefecture. It was established as a prefecture in the fourth year of Chongning (1105) and now governs the west of Sui County. In the fourth year of Daguan (1110), Gongzhou was abandoned and restored to Xiangyi County, in the fourth year of Zhenghe (1114), and in the second year of Xuanhe (1120), Taikang was again attached to Kaifeng Prefecture.

In the early Yuan Dynasty, it belonged to Nanjing Road, Henan Province. In 1288, Nanjing road was changed to Bianliang Road, which belonged to the county.
Ming Dynasty belongs to Kaifeng Prefecture, Henan Province.
In the early Qing Dynasty, it followed the Ming system and still belonged to Kaifeng Prefecture. In 1734, the Emperor Yongzheng promoted Chenzhou to be his government, and Taikang was changed to Chenzhou.
The Republic of China belongs to Kaifeng Road in Henan Province. In 1927, Taikang was divided into the third administrative region (Eastern Henan). In the 20th year of the Republic of China, Taikang was divided into the seventh Administrative Region (Huaiyang). After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, Taikang fell to the Japanese occupation in the 27th year of the Republic of China, and the puppets occupied the county seat. The Kuomintang Taikang county government moved to xidaxinji County, and returned to the city after the surrender of Japan in the 34th year of the Republic of China. Since the 33rd year of the Republic of China, the Communist Party of China has successively established six border county regimes, namely, Zhipu (West of Kaihuai highway in the north of the county), Qinghua (east of the road), huaitaixi (Huaiyang, Taikang, Xihua each), futaixi (Fugou, Taikang, Xihua each), luhuaitai (Luyi, Huaiyang, Taikang each), Anping (Luyi, Huaiyang, Zhecheng, Taikang each). Taibei county and Taikang county were established in the 37th year of the Republic of China, which respectively belong to the first and second special offices of Henan Anhui Soviet Area of the Communist Party of China.
