Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, located in the southeast of Zhengzhou City, was established in April 1993 and approved as the first national economic and Technological Development Zone in Henan Province in February 2000. At present, the planning control area extends to Longhai Railway in the north, airport expressway in the west, Fushan road in the South (about 1km south of Zhengmin Expressway) and Wansan highway in the East, covering an area of 158.7km2.

Development status

After 14 years of development and construction, Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone has initially built an industrial zone and a new urban area with industrial gathering function and supporting service facilities.
